BUBR launched in 2020 and focuses on inspiring the Black community to live active lives via the sport of cycling. BUBR registered as an independent charity on 29th April 2024. To date, we have established an organic and authentic brand that is trusted and valued by its community. Our work to date has increased ethnic diversity within the sport of cycling and inspired many within the Black community to prioritise their well-being.

BUBR produces the largest annual Black community bike ride in Europe, cycling training sessions at the Olympic Velodrome in east London and annual international cycling tours (Accra 2023, Kigali 2024, Cape Town 2025 and Senegal 2026).

All funds raised will contribute towards the direct costs related to the work we do for the community we serve.
