How to Book Your Spot for our International Trips in 2027

Make sure you’ve ticked off the steps below — these are required to confirm your spot on the ride:
Read our Participant Expectations – This sets the tone for the collective energy and values we bring to the journey.
Create a GoFundMe Profile – Your personal fundraising goal is £300 as part of our shared commitment to impact. Note: do not create your own fundraiser, there will be a group fundraiser and you will be added as a co-organiser.
Set up a Strava Profile – You’ll be tracking rides and joining the BUBR Africa / BUBR Diaspora training community.
🛏 Booking Your Room
We offer three room types — here’s how to choose the one that suits you:
Twin Room – Book solo, and we’ll pair you with another rider of the same gender. If you're booking with a friend, let us know and we'll pair you up.
Solo Room – Prefer your own space? Book a private room just for you.
Couple Room – For two participants who will be sharing a bed. You must book together.
👕 Jerseys & Extras
Choose your jersey size during booking and grab any merch — we’ll deliver everything to you either in or around London if you're local, or in-country if you're not.
💳 How Would You Like to Pay?
You’ve got two ways to pay:
1) Pay in Full
Settle everything upfront and you’re good to go.
2) Pay in 6 Automatic Instalments
Pay your deposit today, the rest is auto-charged monthly — we’ll send reminders along the way.
✈️ Flights & Arrival
For BUBR Diaspora 2027: Arrive at Norman Manley Airport (DSS) no later than 11 March 2027.
Arriving early or staying longer? You’ll need to book extra accommodation yourself.
Once flights are confirmed, add your flight details to your booking profile.
